Project Description: We are a top 5 video projector manufacturer in China, and we will be attending the IFA Global Markets exhibition in Berlin, Germany from Sep 3-5th. We are looking for a talented Client Invitation Specialist to help us invite distributors to visit our booth at the exhibition. 1， Inviting more clients to our upcoming exhibition in Germany. Before the show, we need more European customers to visit our booth and have deep talk with us. So we need your help to invite more audio-visual field clients to our booth 779 at Hall 9 , we will provide a list of customers for your to call or visit, you can also find other clients that fits. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and securing their attendance to our event. 2, Part-time salesman during the show: we need your help to invite the home use projectors needed customers to our booth at the show, or getting the WhatsApp/email contact of the customers to set up a group chat. 3, Interpreting and accompanying us during our European VIP clients-visiting activities from Sep 6-15. We need someone who can effectively communicate the value of our exhibition and convince potential clients to participate. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as a proactive and outgoing personality. Experience in client invitation and event coordination would be highly advantageous. Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in email marketing and communication. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Knowledge of the video projector industry and distribution channels. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Attention to detail and ability to track and manage client invitations.
