I need someone to design and build a complete professional medical journal. He should have experience building medical journals before.

I need to custom Google map. If you think as you are google map expert, please bid on.

Would need to be able to scrape content throughout multiple channels and servers. Needs to be able to customize the multiple channels/servers it monitors to specific users or just all content as well. Content scraped will be regular text, rich-embed, pictures. I have no admin rights on the servers being monitored/scraped from. The content scraped will be relayed on my own personal server.

I have this from our old developer https://elections.madworksglobal.com/ Unfortunately our developer left us and we cant do or have the source code for this but we would like to have something similar where we can input from a excel sheet live and updated live (it was every 30 seconds ) to parse the information into how many votes on each district/zone on the map etc Is this possible? Deliverables connect to excel and google maps
