I'd like a simple watercolor rendering of a building

I need a series of photos taken of a beautiful beach at sunset. I need to capture the sun when it is setting right on the horizon, right at the water level. I want the sun to reflect on the ocean, where it looks like a "double sun" image. I do not desire trees and rocks in the image. I want this image without a model in the shot. Question:? Can one of your professional photographers do a location shot only? PHOTOGRAPHER MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW PORTFOLIO DEPICTING COMPETENCE IN BEACH, OCEAN PHOTOGRAPHY. Must sign over all rights to the product for which we pay. Finished project should produce 6 to 12 usable images.
