Webdesigner UI/UX expert to enhance the design of services' booking site

We are searching for a designer/designers committed to the following • Design the PSD/XD file • Convert PSD/XD to HTML5 file • 100% responsive HTML • cross browser compatible • All styles through CSS , bootstrap, JavaScript, jquery. • Styles should not added directly into the pages. • All icons used in the system should be standard , attractive and match with template theme • Design should compatible with all types of Mobile like Android, Iphone etc, Tablet and Desktop (All Screen Resolutions.) • Also need to use each single template in multiple languages especially Arabic and English • Page direction and alignment should change from the top of the page with single entry only. • Do not want any alignment or page direction in the middle of the page. • Single direction change (RTL, LTR) must change whole templates direction and alignment in, then only possible to make Arabic and English switching. • All text in the sites are dynamic so to make multilingual compatible need plain text only no images (heading, header, title, menu etc), • To mange dynamic data need HTML page with separated block wise design means. Header, footer and central part. In central part all the sub parts should be separated block( div) like left menu, listing venue , navigation, facilities , services, image, pricing etc. • Need All common static pages design like FAQ, Terms, Contact US, About US, Sitemap etc we have almost 32 pages
