rebuild single page dashboard with riotJs and wire it to our backend

Hello, we have dashboard written in html but our backend wants us to rewrite in in a structured way and wire it with our backend. so it's like refactorization job more than it's building a new thing our backend already started the work with riot ([login to view URL]) but we want someone else to continue his work so he can focus on backend only.
