Adding features into almost finished wordpress portfolio website

Heya, I'm in the end of creating my portfolio site in wordpress, mainly made by my friendly webmaster. But there is a few things which I'd like to have on a site, but we don't know how to make them. Budget is around 120 pound for all features. Site is working and ready to check under this url: [login to view URL] I can separate payment by one milestone for each finished feature. Here they are: Must have: #1. When you go into gallery (project), where are thumbs of images, I need to have all thumbs the same size and proportions (like they are now), but they can't be cropped, like they are now. I have made all galleries (projects), except one, to have images of the same proportions. Maybe you just need to remove thumbs height limit to do not make them cropped or maybe its more complicated.
