Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in managing vacation rental platforms such as Guesty, Airbnb, and VRBO. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in guest communication, handling Airbnb support claims, managing administrative tasks delegated by the General Manager, addressing any issues raised by guests with the cleaning team, and will be required to work on weekends. Responsibilities: Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, providing information about properties and addressing any concerns or questions. Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth experience for guests. Platform Management: Utilize Guesty, Airbnb, and VRBO to manage property listings, reservations, and ensure accurate availability. Handle Airbnb support claims, resolving issues and disputes effectively. Administrative Support: Assist the General Manager with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling. Maintain organized records of property-related information and guest communications. Cleaning Team Coordination: Communicate with cleaning teams to ensure properties are cleaned to the highest standards. Address any issues or special requests from guests related to cleaning services. Weekend Availability: Work on weekends to manage guest inquiries, check-ins, and other responsibilities as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. Familiarity with vacation rental management platforms such as Guesty, Airbnb, and VRBO. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
