Translation of text into Japanese

I am looking for a native Japanese speaking person who can translate (human translation) attached text file from english to Japanese. The bidder has to be native Japanese speaking and has to have a network/html knowledge as translation is technical. All items after the "=" have to be translated When an item has "-1=" and on the next line starts with "-02=" then this means that it is one phrase with in between a dynamic value. Example: ADD1WIZARD6-1=every ADD1WIZARD6-2=minutes Means following phrase: every X minutes (where X is a dynamic value) Content in HTML tags that is in the file has not to be translated (eg hyperlinks); just the text around it. !!!
