Need to finish a basement in a 4 year old bungalow. Transform the basement into a nice living space. What we would like to have in the space: 1. Office 2. Bathroom 3. Gym 4. Laundry 5. Recreation room with TV/media, and if possible pool table and a small bar. What we expect from the professional: 1. Design the space (Best placement of the above. Includes best utilization of the existing space). 2. Suggest color schemes (we will tell you our preferences so you will know where to start). 3. Light. What type, where to place, what intensity. 5. Any creative ideas that can be implemented without spending a fortune will be considered. 4. Final work should be presented in 3DS Max or similar for visualization. Optional: Suggest materials (hardwood, tile, stone, vinyl. No carpet, linoleum. Appreciated: Speed of delivery. Will provide drawings, 3D models, and photos to those who will take the assignment.
