We need the layout turned into full blueprints (foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.) The basement exterior walls are going to be 14" ICF (3" foam-8" concrete-3" foam) not including hardy board cladding or drywall, and the rest of the exterior walls are also going to be ICF, but with 6" concrete (the rest is the same). I have attached the layout (it is missing most windows) and a picture of a design we like.
