I could provide following works: 1. Structural design drawing and calculation for relocation of kitchen from existing location to proposed location 2. Structural analysis for the feasibility of internal wall removal. Owner need to provide existing structural drawing including foundation drawing. My above proposal and bid are not included for plumbing design. However, Owner could provide the existing plumbing drawing for my review.
