Need weighbridge software for our requirement

Hi, I have 8 years of experience in Java/J2EE and related technologies. I have successfully completed many web and desktop applications in Java/J2EE. I have created weighbridge software for one of the big construction site in Ahmedabad. I can demo that software to you. Software can read weight from weighbridge serial port and also there is a facility to upload photo when truck arrive and go back, you can generate different report also. I have a project in C # . software to capture data from a weighing scale trucks. Storing the data in SQL Server. The system lets you select whether it is a buy or sell order . Indicate the supplier or customer , select the product , the product store , the name of the driver, the identification of the truck , and observations. Then it is weighed when entering the truck , and when it leaves the truck , to calculate the net weight. You may be making modifications to export data to Excel . I can send screenshots to see how the system works.
