SEO Expert

I'm looking for an SEO expert to provide a full SEO report for a business. The report needs to show research into the keywords used by the competitors to the business and research into what the targetted client are searching for. The report should suggest 20-30 key phrases to be targetted. The report should also make deatiled OPR (if you do not know what OPR is then please do not bid!) as a new site is under development. Ideally you should work in an SEO company and have several years experience in SEO work. When bidding, please include your credentials and if you have done previous SEO reports then please include an example. Once the report is compiled then there is a strong potential for ongoing work each month to review the keywords, make OPR and do SEO activities such as link building.
