Simple WordPress template build. Three pages. One homepage and two very similar content pages.

The template must work with the latest WordPress release and be built to best practice.
Designs and notes are below:

Comments & tags do not need to be displayed in the template. Just these three templates are needed. Blog posts are to use the layout without form design.
Designs will be provided in PSD format.
Must be valid HTML & CSS. Any invalid code that is used for browser compatibility must be detailed and explained.
Must work correctly as shown in the designs in the following browsers:
- IE 6, 7, 8 & 9
- FF (Latest release)
- Chrome (latest release)
- Safari (latest release)
- Opera (latest release
The form should submit and go to a thanks page - using the Layout without form template. Contents of the form need to be emailed to an address I can set in the admin and the contents of the form also should be saved so they can be viewed via the admin. The plug-in Easy Contact Forms does this well so could just be used in the build to power the form.
I am away for two weeks so you will have 2 weeks from 22nd March to complete the project and have the template running for myself to see on a site.
You will need to provide all of the files need to install the template (on a fresh WP install) and instructions to do so if necessary.
