New Zealand Based Architectural Draughting work (ongoing)

I am looking for 1 (or more) architectural draughting technicians with New Zealand experience. Successful applicants will be required to work in ArchiCAD 17 including CadImage Tools add-on for ArchiCAD v17. While you don't need to live in New Zealand you need to be fully conversant with the New Zealand Building Code and relevant standards for light timber frame construction. Projects will generally be of a single residential nature, mainly single storey but sometimes 2 or 3 storeys. Some work will involve renovations of existing buildings. An ability to accurately model buildings and detail to a level required for building consent application in New Zealand. While I am able to work remotely with the successful applicant the more capable you are of doing the work to the required standard with the least intervention will be recognised in contract rates. We are a successful Architectural design business with close on 25 years experience in the New Zealand market, looking for new ways to expand our market. While our work is primarily based in New Zealand we are also looking for opportunities in European markets as well.
