We are looking for an experienced HR recruiter that can help us recruit staff for our office in Wuhu, Anhui, China. You do not need to physically be in Anhui, or to be able to speak and understand Chinese. We are a 15-year-old solar and recycling internet company. Our website ENF Solar [login to view URL] is the most popular in the world with over 2 million users each year. We have also recently launched a recycling industry website - [login to view URL] Currently we are looking to hire the following staff: - 1-2 staff for sales department - 1-2 staff for solar industry research department - 1 software developer for IT Ideal candidate will be: - Fluent in English - With experience in recruiting in China and/or in various international markets Your tasks will include the following: - Organise job posts on job boards (and any other effective recruitment channels); - Screen candidates to identify those good ones according to the provided guidelines; - Conduct 20-25 minutes long recorded interviews in English via Zoom; - Send Zoom video interviews to us. You must have a good internet connection and webcam, be fluent in English and capable of a fluent conversation with the candidate to dig further into details of their jobs. The payment terms are: - $10 per full Zoom interview; - $5 per shut down Zoom interview (where the candidate clearly had too poor English ability and the interview was terminated early). Finally, we want staff that pay attention to detail. So here is a request that we know from experience will ensure a large percentage of candidates immediately fail the application – you are requested to write the keyword “Solar Energy” right at the start of your cover letter. Anyone who doesn’t write these words first will be ignored, as it means you don’t understand English or just spam jobs without properly reading the details.
