REALBasic Application Developer

REALbasic developer required We are looking for a freelance REALbasic developer to help with a project. The successful candidate must be professional and able to work to a brief as part of a small team, have good REAlbasic skills and have been programming for at least 5 years. You will be required to work at our offices in Kingston-upon-Thames (UK) and as such should be local. It would be an advantage if you have experience in the following areas- 1 User screen and screen design 2 Text and image manipulation, 3 Controlling printers, 4 Fixed format place holder and variable data population 5 Market knowledge based around host or legacy system for import and export of data using SQL. ODBC, OLE and Image 6 Creation of Installer for software you write 7 Full and complete development documentation with audit trail 8 Barcode printing 9 Support for hand held devices including Palm and other PDC's 10 Writing REALbasic code for PC Key features of the system you will write 1 Head office system with layout editor and styler to create custom background based on page and output printer image areas 2 User system to allow reprint of files from HQ with on screen proof 3 User information based on business profile and the stock held in the user business so that we can effect ranging and allow a business based print from head office to only print information based on the location and the range they hold at location. All code and development will be the property of the contract and you will be required to sign a non-disclosure and non-competing agreement based on the exclusivity of our code and the application you will re-write. This will be a fixed price fixed term contract and we expect completion with in 6 weeks and will pay £6K. if you complete in less time we will still pay £6k Please supply a CV and samples of your work if possible.
