Goal: Get page load speed to 1second Here is the history website [login to view URL] On shared hosting speed test with GT Metrix 2.3seconds Pingdom (Stockholm) 0.763 Moved to Dedicated server & set up cloudflare Pro [login to view URL] now 6.9 seconds. On some tests Cloudflare cache is missed more often than normal. Page Rules added on Cloudflare. Replaced W3 Total Cache with WP Fastest Cache, faster by around 300ms. Combined CSS using Autoptimize and JS is handled by Cloudflare's Rocket loader so any other JS optimizations. WC Speed Drain Repair plugin to dequeue Woo scripts and styles on the pages where they aren't needed. Heartbeat Control optimized server resource usage by overriding the default WP Heartbeat API frequency. WP Optimize installed and used Just ran a GTmetrix test and as you will see under Waterfall, Cloudflare cache is missed again. [login to view URL] to Dedicated server & set up cloudflare Pro [login to view URL] now 6.9 seconds. Header has been changed to public. Cloudflare says cache header set to private so they wont cache. Although it has been changed. You can see the website is slower but I need to get the site down to 1 second on GT metrix loading from UK.
