Hello, I can develop the site you asked for. It would include two sections one for the admin so you can insert (manually or in bulk by using a csv file), search, delete and update records. The client section would be responsive with your selection of two or three different templates, an audible and a visual (optional) notification would be shown as a result of the search operation. The price would be lower but de $251 USD is the minimum accepted by Freelancer so I can include if you need an additional item like an statistic of the most sought records or the percentage of records found. For the program to run it needs a Linux or Windows server with PHP and MySQL installed. The price includes one extra week after the installation for changes and modifications that might be needed.
