Hello - I've recently found a great developer who is already helping with a variety of tasks. I'm looking for another A player to help out with more tasks to balance the load. So here goes... I am looking for someone to help with day to day tasks on various WordPress websites, custom websites and various technical development tasks. Tasks range from editing a few pages on that existing WordPress website, adding/removing photos, and changing some button links to building out a custom web apps and various JavaScript tasks. The position will range from 3 to 10 hours a week, but we'll see how things develop and how many tasks I need accomplished show up on my desk. I'd like to start small and gradually provide more tasks with more complexity as time goes on. I'm looking for someone to work with long-term. No agencies, please. You must have a fluent understanding of WordPress. Developing themes and plugins is a plus, but not a necessity at this point. Knowing PHP/JavaScript is also required since most websites I design will require a good understanding of these skill sets. With larger projects, I will provide designs and you develop the website on WordPress, customizing WordPress using Advanced Custom Fields, a lot of custom PHP logic, and utilizing jQuery/JavaScript to accomplish the goals set in the design. You should also be honest, up-front, and have integrity. You stand behind your work and you get things done correctly without taking shortcuts.
