Multiplayer Texas Holdem Poker Script -- 2

I'm looking to have a multiplayer no limit Texas holdem poker script developed specifically for my website AdBuxPro.com. I am running a PTC/Make Money Online business and I am hoping to add a free to play texas holdem game to my site that will allow me to create tournaments my users can compete against eachother for prizes on my site. I need a script with a admin panel that will allow me to create 6 to 50 person tournaments. I would also like there to be practice tables where players can play on at anytime with free chips. In the settings for the admin panel I need to be able to set up multiple tournaments on a schedual. 1 hour before the tournament begins there needs to be a registration period for users to sign up for the tournament. Once registration ends as long as there are 2 or more users the game should start. In the admin panel at the end of the tournaments the admin panel needs to notify me of the winners so I can add their reward to their accounts on adbuxpro. I would to have up to 1 to 10 winners per tournament. Also for admin panel I want to be able to set the amount of chips each player starts with in the tournament. The script should be able to communicate with my sites database. I have an info page that shows which database values can be captured, the script should be able to connect to mysql. I need three options for users to see when they log into the game "Free Play" "Account" and "Tournaments". Free play should have a list of about ten tables users can join and play eachother at anytime. Each account should get a set-able amount of free play chips every month and a basic ranking system that shows the top ten chip leaders in free play which resets every month (because I will give prizes for that as well but I will do the prizes manually). The tournaments page should show the current available tournaments for the day listed by the hour. I want to be able to schedule up to a week in advance if possible. On the UI Next to the time the tournament will start should be Title for the name of the tournament and should show the total prize amount. When you click register you should be taken to the registration page for the tournament which will unlock an hour before the tournament starts. The registration page should show the tournament information such as start time and amount of registered players/verse the seats still available. It should show the total amount of prizes and the amounts for first second third and so on. Accounts page should show winnings from tournaments and available tournament tokens. Since these tournaments will all be free to enter I want each membership to get a set-able amount of tokens to each user each month based on their membership level. I have Free Members, Bronze Members, Silver Members, Gold and Gold Max memberships in my site. Each tournament will always cost one token. I have two types of balances in my site. Account balance and Purchase Balance I would like to be able to set up tournaments that give away one or the other or possibly both. Also the ability to set a custom prize in case I want give away something like a membership upgrade. I just need to be able to type what the prize is and I will manually add it to the main abuxpro account. So the admin panel just needs to tell me who the winners are of each tournament and the prize they were supposed to get and I will manually add the prizes on my website. The only thing for communication the script needs to do is detect their account username and membership level which can be grabbed from my website so it knows how many tokens they should get each month. Again I have instructions for that from my script provider of what it needs to do to communicate.
