Login Signup and adminLTE Calendar Feature in new website

I'm looking for assistance with including a task management calendar website. Specifically, the calendar should be (By user type) accessible. we are Apartments management company and want the owners to see (who , when and how much) their apartments been rented for. so they can login and check that information in simple way.
