The client is hosted using Pantheon ( a code repository with a dev, test, live environment all setup). They are using Woocommerce as a platform for their ecommerce site. Over the weekend the site started having a lot of errors (502,503(service unavailable),504 (request timeout)) We need to get this rectified as soon as possible as the site is an ecommerce site and all the time it is down is lost sales.
