Edit custom coded shipment tracking plugin to add some minor features. -- 2

Our website has a custom coded shipment tracking plugin that need some extra features added. These plugins are working and live, and simply need the below features added, we will require the installable updated plugins as well as the updates rolled out and tested on our live ecommerce site. TRACKING PLUGIN - Notes on plugin: This plugin currently does the following and works on our live site: a) Uploads a CSV of orders to our shipping provider b) Contains a DOWNLOAD button in the order list allowing download of the CSV created at order c) Checks for new status CSVs uploaded to a certain folder then changes order status c) Checks for new status CSVs uploaded to a certain folder then adds tracking code as required (woo then emails this to customer linking to custom tracking status page in woo dashboard which links to our tracking partners website, aftership). We ONLY need the following features added/improved (the above are working and need not be changed): 1. check email notice if FTP upload fails, mentioning order number and linking to order page, showing any error information. (this is already a feature but im not getting the emails, so it needs to be checked). Should ensure that FTP fail errors are sent via notification to admin email in settings. 2. add MANUALLY SEND CSV button to order list, or order page (with confirm ARE YOU SURE box) ability to manually one press this link to re-upload CSV per A above. (failsafe incase order upload fails), system already does this function in full on order, just want a button that will allow this to be done manually incase of failure. 3. note added to order on successful (or failed) FTP file upload in woocommerce ->orders notes section -> also noting if it was auto or manual execution, and any error information/code. 4. The ORDER NOTES field (already setup) in checkout needs the TITLE to be changed to DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS in woocommerce (is optional field, NOT required field in checkout), this needs to be automatically added to TRACKING CSVs into the "FreightInstructions" column in CSV, this field will need to have any of the following: , ; " ' characters stripped and replaced with a SPACE upon adding to CSV in tracking plugin. DO NOT change the column name in the CSV as this is required. 5. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE checkbox to be added to checkout in WOOCOMMERCE, If checked == YES, this field will add the text "ATL - at the start of the DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS field per number 4 above.
