Custom Module for FreeScout

We are looking for a skilled developer to work on our Freescout project. The ideal candidate must have Freescout experience in module integration, customisation of existing features, and new feature development. Please only apply if you know FREESCOUT and are sure you can complete the project. The project timeline: 1 week. The budget for the project is to be determined. -The principle is simple: Administrators can view all emails, whether they are assigned or unassigned, as is already the default setting. -However, I want agents/users to only be able to see the emails that have been assigned to them. They should not have visibility of those that are unassigned or assigned to someone else. -The ultimate objective is to develop a high-quality module that aligns with our expectations and delivers the desired functionalities. Custom Module for FreeScout - Be able to have agents handle support issues and answer questions based on specific criteria without granting/ providing access to all messages from the mailbox. - Limit agents to only see the messages from customers that the agent can access. When a user is assigned to a mailbox, there should be access privileges associated with that link between the user and the mailbox. The access privileges would have the following settings: - Grant agent acces to message ["Show To Support2"] We use the following modules that need to be taken into account. 1. To create a new 2 new user categories of agents- support1 and support2 [in addition to the existing ones: user & administrator]. 2. SUPPORT1 Can view and access all messages located in "Custom Folders" Support1 that have the "Support1" tag assigned to them. Can view Customers' profile information. Does not have access to other messages. Can remove their own tag to no longer have access to messages. [Users are allowed to manage tags] 3. SUPPORT2 Category support2 should be able to have multiple users: support2a, support2b, support2c, etc. , each having their own "tag" and "Custom Folders." Each user agent (support2a, support2b, support2c ) will have their own "tag". Users in the support2 category can only view/access their own folder and messages with their respective tag; they cannot view other messages or folders of other other users in the support2 category. Can view and has access to messages located in "Custom Folders Support2" that have the "Support2" tag assigned to them and have pressed the "Show To Support2" button. Each message/conversation has a new link (button) called "Show To Support2." SUPPORT2 can only see the messages that the administrator has pressed the "Show To Support2" button for and having their own "tag". Has access to Extended Attachments ONLY for attachments sent by the client. Does not have access to attachments sent by others. Does not see Customers' profile information. Does not have access to other messages. Can remove their own tag to no longer have access to messages. [Users are allowed to manage tags] ========= A documented setup configured for demo is needed with non-production domain before it is accepted. Each step must be noted and documented because we have several freescout platforms and the operation will have to be duplicated on all of them. Duplication will be the subject of a new order/ offer. Key Requirements: • Proven experience with FreeScout: You'll need to have past work to show me in which you've developed or worked heavily on FreeScout Projects. If you are a perfect fit for this requirement, please share your past experience with FreeScout and any custom modules you've developed before.
