Bulid Me a Website For Blogging and Admission System

I need a complete project where my students can visit the website and check the details of various kind of scholarship of subject and degree. If they want, they can comment on each post. and they can apply for scholarship 1. Good Ui. 2. Comment on the website. 3. Register verification via email 4. Each scholarship item should have an id , catagory wise . as like as blogging. 5. Student Application dashboard will have list of scholarships from the webiste post. 6. Student can upload the documents with their information. 8. after submitting documents, student can check the status regularly. 9. Admin can approve the comment 10. Admin can Add post to website by catagory wise, and scholarship list will be automatically upated through this. 11. admin can change the admission status and directly send notification in students email and dashboard.
