487962 Add PDF and Youtube upload feature to website

I have a website that I need the ability to upload PDF and Youtube files to. The website is: [login to view URL] and the actual page where I would want these files posted would be: [login to view URL] I can currently load up jpgs and text, but I want to change it all to PDF files. Currently the admin of the site has a page that allows me to just upload images and then they are put right on the credentials page. I would still want this function on the site. This is a pretty straightforward job and should be a quick fix. Programmers must speak english!! Will pay 50% to start, 50% upon completion. Let's get this one done!
