118119 More Continual Traffic to site

My site, [login to view URL], is currently receiving about 75 visits/day which are all generated through google adwords. I would like my daily traffic to rise much higher then it is now, which must also lead to an increase in my adsense clicks, so I can then offer my site for free to anyone . This project is all about bringing higher levels of sustained traffic, and adsense revenue, to my site. I will only hire programmers who will tell me how they will accomplish this task, as well as those who speak fluent English and who communicate through Yahoo Messenger. I will pay 10% to start the project, and the remainder when I see a sustained increase in both my traffic and adsense revenue. Again, this traffic and the adsense revenue must be sustaining, I am not looking for a # of page impressions or anything else along those lines. This traffic must remain steady. I would be interested in working out a revenue sharing program with the programmer if these criteria are met and my adsense revenue goes up and remains sustainable, I have no problem moving some of these profits over to the programmer who can ensure continued traffic and revenue through honest means that in no way conflict with Google's Terms and Conditions.
