XML or RSS into website / basic shop

I would like you to produce a 'Shop' script (in php & mysql) that: Turns my 'E bay' Xml File or direct 'E bay RSS feed into a Shopping script/pages. (must be paginated and have all the categories the items are in..) (maybe the ability to use either?) NO Payment gateway required..as each item should goto back to ebay via a 'BUY NOW' link. Eg. [login to view URL] goes to E Bay item page when clicked The XML file and /or RSS feed is available via a link (or download) via e bay 24 hours a day 7 days a week.. Must have a cron to upload once a week or more regularly..maybe can be changed via admin area? Must use all the categories/information for the item/s from the file etc, and categories etc must be clickable.. Eg. Full categories go to list of items within each category and then to page showing full info of each seperate item with image if available..which then click through to ebay page Ideally no link to ebay from the website/script until an item has been actually clicked to buy.. (maybe hidden url or redirected from db) Ideally no ebay url can be seen until the last second after the url has been clicked. (maybe redirected from database etc) Shop colours/design is negotiable and should be in a basic html page or template page. Each item should be linked via the categories on pages, and each item should also have its own page. Each page to have meta tags made from the item information Coder to make all pages required. Payment made ONLY on 100% completed project.. I can provide Webspace/mysql etc for coder if required with cpanel etc
