Need Wordpress Code Fix

I need help with my wordpress theme in one area. Im using a theme and customising it. In the process of doing it ive discovered that the white area ( [login to view URL] ) which the text of the posts appears on is starting too soon repeating itself. Let me show you what I mean Here is what my theme looked like before i removed the header image **[login to view URL]** Now i removed the header image as i want to have my [login to view URL] visible and after removing that i thought i woud be able to see my background but instead i see the container.. look **[login to view URL]** what it needs to look like is this **[login to view URL]** but as you can see the only way i can get it to show the background at the top is by completely deleting my [login to view URL] file **[login to view URL]** but then the middle part of my site where blog posts occur is not showing the white. Now in my wordpress theme i have 3 style sheets [login to view URL] ( main ) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Only in the [login to view URL] it shows this below. /*------------------------------------------------ Containers --------------------------------------------------*/ #container { width: 978px; margin: 0 auto; background: url(images/[login to view URL]) repeat-y; } /*------------------------------------------------ Which is basically telling that image to repeat itself which is great for getting the site loaded up fast BUT there must be a way to tell it at what point to start, instead of starting at the very top of the site.
