Video Tribute Software

I create videos for customers using pictures, music, etc. I am looking for a desktop application that my client can use to place orders with my company for videos. The software needs to be able to gather information from forms in software, allow pictures to be scanned into software or the option to browse computer for already scanned photos and allow comments on the pictures There would need to be a screen for selecting a background (thumbnails), a screen for selecting music (would like to ability to play clips of songs) and a screen for choosing from a list of pre-defined quotes or scripture as well as a field for the customer to enter their own. The software would then give them a confirmation screen and after acceptance would FTP this info to our server. It would also create a directory for on their local drive with the same name as the name entered in for the video. When the video was completed, the customer would be able to see from within this software all videos that are available for download. ( A simple button that they would select to see if any videos are yet available ) They would then be able to download the zipped file from the server and the software would automatically unzip the file and place it in the directory that was created when the order was placed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I don't really have a preference on platform.
