wordpress small project corrected

i need someone help me work on 2 themes in word press doing some editing on the website and the theme to make the website look clean and professional which includes editing the menus and creating new menus. moving things around. Help me find images and place them. installing the plugins (different ones from currency converter to language translation to live chat and credit card processing and maybe more ones depending the website)and small functionality work as needed and creating space for ads... and finally bringing the sites up live please give me your bid for the 1 theme and then when we finish with first depending how it goes we work on the next one. I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT IS ABLE TO WORK TODAY ON THE THEME AND POSSIBLY FINISH IT WITH ME TODAY. I ALREADY STARTED THE WORK AND I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT IS WILLING TO DO SHARE SCREEN WITH ME OR I SHARE THE SCREEN SO THAT I CAN LEARN HOW TO DO THINGS WELL. I AM NOT A PROGRAMMER AND DONT WANT TO BE.
