Convert Excel Function To Sql Stored Procedure

I have attached an excel sheet that demonstrates my requirements. There is a statistical function within Tools - Data Analysis - Correlation that generates a matrix table as shown in the excel sheet attached. My Requirements I would like to have this function developed to work the same way in asp, vbscript and sql server. If you will develop this in sql stored procedure then I will call from the asp page and get the matrix table as the output. The important thing is to develop something that will be not process intensive and will excute quickly.
