Project is to build front-end public, member and admin pages for managing a rotator site (eg, a site that selects a website from a predefined list and serves one based on given criteria). The rotator code itself does NOT need to be done as part of this project (though you’ll need to work with the existing DB schema, which can be extended, but not changed)? Basic design concept + layout + graphics? need to be included.? This is for stage 1 of a multi-stage project ## Deliverables Work must be well-structured and commented.? Coder must check all code into our subversion repository, including descriptive comments, in addition to providing a zipped set of deliverables. A full description of the project is attached. The IPN/subscription tracking is part of this project.? Encrypting the paypal forms? doesn't need to be done by you if it's a problem - I have code that does it all set up already, and can do it myself if necessary.
