New CSS/HTML for existing internal site

We need to revamp our internal website, such that it looks more "enterprise", polished, "reliable" and contemporary. We have two levels of navigational bar, and would like to have that changed too.$0$0$0$0Therefore, no content changes necessary, but CSS / HTML a must. The coder must have an eye good design, but any new changes must work be optimised for Firefox, but also to cross compatible for Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera and Chrome.
