Wordpress Video converter

I need someone to develop me a plugin for wordpress that will convert .flv files to .mp4. I also want the plugin to grab the .flv video url from the webpage. Heres a example: 1. I find this video on yahoo: [login to view URL] it is a .flv video located in a webpage. 2. I paste the video url into the plugin and click generate. 3. Once I click generate, it finds the .flv file from the webpage and changes it from .flv to .mp4. 4. It then redirects me to a webpage within my wordpress blog where I can view that .mp4 video. NOTE: This will have to work for all .flv files on all webpages. Not just yahoo. If you think you can do this job then please bid. You will also need to show me some of your previous work.
