Website Generator w/ WYSIWYG + Graphic Editor + Database Install

I am looking for someone who can do this work, and someone who wants to work full-time and take percentage of profits. I need a web-application that allows users to customize and build their own website. [login to view URL] has a similar structure. But we do not offer domain names and we do not offer hosting. Users will 1) Select a layout (contains multiple files) from a gallery database 2) customizing the graphics/fonts (minimal graphic editing) 3) Copy & Paste their text (about us, contact info) into the site Our design team creates 60% of the work of a completed website, and still allows the end user to customize things like navigation bar, insert logo, etc. It eeds to be intilligent and sophisticated to handle 4 critical functions: 1) A WYSIWYG editor (so they can see what they're working on ) 2) Database (each time someone selects a layout, the app will setup a database specifically for that user and allow them to edit their text. Based on a simple table (id/page name/page content) the app will just pull data from id?=4 and display it the contact page or id?=2 and display it on [login to view URL] page. Think automatic install & setup.) 3) Graphic Editing Engine (minimal) (users will be able to change the text/font in pre-designed navigation bars, etc) They should also be able to insert/import gif/jpg images only. 4) Group all files together and put them in a zip file. Users should be able to get a finalized 8 page website within 10 minutes. Specific expertise: You should be familiar with PHP, HTML, Ajax, Flash and the necessary engines to bring this to life. You must be able to WORK under tight deadlines. Extra: I am looking for someone to create this quickly, take a percentage of profits from sales, and be a partner with my company full-time to do other work and other projects.
