A website based on the torrents technology for the exchange of things/goods/services/skills between users and an Android App.

I would like to build a website based on the torrents technology for the exchange of things/goods/services/skills between users. I've found the front-end and the server side code of "ThePirateBay" web site,you can get it as base,because it is light and minimal,go here and check it : <[login to view URL]~youeswap/tpb/> Things/goods/services/skills should be exchanged for the same value,so there is not should be money circulation inside the site. I would like also make some modifications to the common torrents system. There should be two categories of things to share : what I have and what I need. Usually someone asks something that's needed,not something that can be given,because the human nature is a little egoistic (but this is my personal opinion). Ok. when someone creates a torrent asking for something,this torrent should not be set as active until that has been uploaded another torrent,with which something else can be given. And the opposite should work at the same way. If someone creates a torrent giving something,this torrent should be not set as active until has been created another torrent with which something else has been asked. I think that seeds and peers should be necessary,because the users should explain in details what they have/can do and/or what the other people needs. Every user should have at least 1 request of things needed and a 1 request of things given (for this reason every user has to create two torrents,one the category "I have / I want" and the second for the category "I need". If one only of these torrents is missing,the other one should be inactive). These torrents should include in details all the necessary files to explain very well what's the request. If someone is interested to satisfy a request about to gives OR about to asks something,the 4 torrents associated with the nicknames of the traders should be set as inactive (no one can download the files associated anymore),but not yet deleted.
