Romanian PHP/AJAX Coder Needed

**This project is for a 4 page website.** The design is already complete and has been converted to valid transitional XHTML. The pages include Home, About, Video, Contact. **The admin panel for this site has also been completed graphically. The deliverables are as follows:** 1. Integrate a video player with menu on the home page. The Home page video player will play an intro about the site. The menu will list the videos available on the site. Admin will have the ability to upload the video intro, upload additional videos and create titles for each video. The titles will appear in the menu. 2. When one of the video menu items is clicked, the user will be taken to the video page. The video page will display the video. 3. Also on the video page are 4 banners. A banner controller needs to be implemented which allows the user to do two things 1) Insert code from the admin for banners to display from another network for 4. 2) Upload banners for each of the 4 banner positions. Display frequency for uploaded banners should also be included. For example, the client uploads 10 banners for banner position 1. Each banner's display frequency should be able to be set by %. So banner 1/position 1 10%, banner 2/position 1 5%, banner 3/position 1 15%, etc. 4. The news on the home page should be controlled from the admin. Home page will list summary display. Onclick of an article summary, a popover will display the news article content. This will include date/time created, title, author, an image and text. 5. About page content will be controlled via the admin console using a WYSIWYG editor like FCK. 6. Contact text content will also be controlled as described above. 7. Contents of the Contact form post will appear in the admin. Admin will have the ability to view, delete and respond from the admin console. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The code needs to be a mixture of AJAX using PHP to write to MySQL. XHTML validation must be maintained in transitional format. The site must be optimized for the following browsers: IE7, IE6, Firefox, Netscape/AOL.
