Property Owner Self Service for a Travel Web Site

We’re looking to build a self service portal for German property owners that integrates with [[login to view URL]][1] This will allow property owners to signup, list their vacation apartments, make changes to them, upload pictures, change pricing, manage a booking calendar, manage booking requests, manage their user profile data, and view some basic statistics. The language of the self service portal will be in German to target German property owners. We will provide German text for all templates. The portal has also support English language so a property owner can switch the language if desired, since we also have English speaking property owners. Our framework and database already supports multi-language development, so the existing framework can be leveraged to support this. We have an existing web site, built in PHP using the codeigniter framework, based on MYSQL, and client side JS framework. All the basics are already working and the site is life. The project here is to enhance the back-office tooling by building up a property owner self service tool to further automate the process of dealing with property owners and their needs. A more comprehensive requirement document will be provided.
