PHP/MySQL Event Booking Script - Easy & Urgent Job

Hello Freelancers... I am in need of a very simple system, so you must bid very cheap! We are hosting a large event in July 2012 and need a simple online booking system. Before the event: 1) People visit our site 2) They click on a link "Book Now" 3) They input their: First Name - (text field) Surname - (text field) Email - (email text field) Phone Number - (number text field) CIty - (selection from all UK cities/towns) 4) They click on "Submit Form/Book Now" 5) They get an email confirming their Booking ID (example: 000174) Then on the day of the event, when people arrive: 1) People confirm their booking ID to door-man 2) Door-man inputs booking ID into computer Should be able to search by booking ID, name or city 3) Computer confirms the persons details 4) The person is allowed to enter venue 5) Doorman clicks a button to say "Person has arrived" Admin should be able to: - see how many people have booked & see a list - see have many people have arrived on the day & see a list - add more events (and put limits on how many people can book) - mass-email all people who have booked a certain event - book people in on the day - for people who turn up without booking a place - export lists and statistics in Excel This is a very simple programme in PHP/MySQL for anybody who is familiar in the language. I would create it myself but I have too much work to do so I have no time. I always have small projects like this so whoever receives the job, they will get regular work from me. Again, I must stress: THE CHEAPER THE BETTER, BUT NO COMPROMISE IN QUALITY!! Thanks
