Online database management portal

The project is to create multiple online tables for database management. Basically, using this portal, authorized users can add new items, review (one by one, or using filter to check group items of common properties) and edit(including modify and delete) existing database items. The selection process could be multiple layer conditional dropdownlist [login to view URL] database may be initially empty AND may need to transfer formatted excel data to mySQL format to initialize the database tables. Some data items will need to link to images/videos/flash files/pdf files, etc. May need to use javascript or html5 canvas to create some geometry plots. Will need to revise some existing webpages also, mainly the format/layout adjustment. Experienced freelancer only. Needs to show completed work for consideration.
