Need a new web site

I need a new site to replace [login to view URL] I want a three column site pretty much like this one, [login to view URL], but it must not be a copy or even appear to be. It will be an affiliate site, like this example site is. The tabs will be; Home, TV/Movie, Rock Star, Humorous, Sports, Scary, Fun Photos, New for 2012. If you want to do it in WP or another CMS, my Cpanel has quickinstall available for adding many of them. I want a big image up top like the two example pages below, but we are not building a site like these, they are full blown e-commerce sites. I also like the look and feel of these, so keep that in mind in terms of design. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The home page will have ads and text links to content pages in the side columns and in the center we will add some additional text and add text links to the content pages (like mycoupleshalloweencostumes). The sub/content pages (TV/Movie, Rock Star, Humorous, Sports, Scary, New for 2012) will all have 5-7 example costumes of each category along with original text. Images can be sourced from [login to view URL] (where I have an affiliate account). For the text about each example you will need to write the content or source it from a writer, but it must be original, not copied! On each page after the 6-7 example costumes with text, I want to show 6-12 additional costumes with just the costume name under each (no extra text about the costume). There will be 3 to a row, similar to the buycostumes page, they have 5 to a row, I only want 3. For "Fun Photos", that page will be for visitors to upload their photos and a description of actual costumes they have worn or plan to wear. This will be like a photo blog. It must be SEO optimized (for example automatically use image title as the alt/title text in the image src string) and very user friendly (i.e. easy for the visitor to use). It would be nice if you know of a script or plugin that can tie into popular photo sites like flickr, picasa, shutterfly, photobucket... to make it easier for visitors to add photos. It must auto re-size, crop (if needed) and compress uploaded photos. Each added photo will allow comments to be added by new visitors. See example screen attached. Thanks Kurt
