25080 Modify EMBED tags IE ActiveX

We have a Flash heavy PHP/MySQl site. We need someone who can consult with us on a great solution to the problems created by the new updates to IE which cause Flash .swfs to require a click before the user can interact with the content. Ideally this person will be able to prove the workaround on a couple of test pages and then work with us to implement the solution on a couple of more pages, then, leave us to change the rest of the site on our own using your solution.
