Make three forms work

Make the following forms "work" properly - connect to some boiler-plate form code you have? 1. [login to view URL]~gmsaorg/[login to view URL] (some validation code already present, commented out) 2. [login to view URL]~gmsaorg/[login to view URL] 3. A modified version of #1 that I can easily replicate or re-use on a page like this one: [login to view URL]~gmsaorg/missionaries/morrell/morrell.php. You see the "Contact Us" link. I want that link to jump to a form where the form knows the "right email address." You may have an idea about how to accomplish that efficiently. The thing is that I will use that for perhaps two dozen different people in our organization that I want people to be able to contact. All email addresses that the forms data is sent to need to be easily adjusted by me. We need to have some kind of recaptcha feature that prevents spamming. Successful completion of this project may mean some further work for you in terms of html/css/wordpress at various "problem" places on the site. Look forward to working with you!
