Layout Changes/SQL Database Improvements/Javascript

I would like a few changes made to an existing website located at [[login to view URL]][1] This is a Real Estate Website that has a MySQL Database that updates all data nightly via a kron job and has an MLS Search page. I have attached the IDX Guide from the MLS Provider. There are a few errors and things that are not functioning properly that I need fixed. I would also like a few fields that are not currently populated to be implemented. I need someone who know PHP/My SQL as well as Javascript. The site is done in PHP with most pages having a php page and a html page that use javascript. I have a Live Chat Monitoring code imbedded at the bottom of the html pages that has an invite feature. When I use it the Banner should pop up in the middle of the page, instead it shows at the bottom with an error until you mouseover it, then it shows. There is a Header page that is used for all pages other than the home page. I need someone with experience who can also make the site more user friendly and appealing to the eye. There is also an admin area that allows me to add and edit auctions as well as see who has signed up for the newsletters. I will describe the job below in detail (Please ask any questions via the RAC messaging system): ## Deliverables All of the items listed below implemented and fully working on the site: A Way to Handle Pending Listings, when a listing is put in the MLS as Pending they take it out of the IDX data. I would like a function in the Admin Area that said Change Listing to Pending, and All I had to do was Put in the MLS Number and it would copy the data that was existing to another area of the database and make note on the main picture and status that it was pending. I would also like a function to make it Sold when that is done so I could display it as sold on my site for a couple of weeks before removing the listing. I would have to enter the MLS number as pending before I actually did it in the MLS and the site updated that night. I would also like to be able to add more than 1 picture on an auction, make 1 the primary picture and display the others smaller below it, up to 5 additional and when they click on it, it can bring up the pictures page and show them the same way and they can view them bigger, etc. I would like the Buy a Home Menu function (Click Buy a Home on the Flash Toolbar) removed and make this pull up the freehomes email page when they click Buy a Home. ([login to view URL]) I would also like for you to change the form a little bit to the following: To the Right of Housing Information I would like it to say OR and then Land Information (I'm Looking for Land Only) and the following options underneath: Type of Land (Options are Residential Lot, Farm, Unrestricted, Unimproved Tract) # of Acres (Less than 1, 1-5, 5-10, 10-25, 25 - 100, 100 or more) Price Range On the Pictures Page, when you click a picture on a listing detail page, there are between 1 and 3 pictures that don't show up, there is the little x icon, but it is displaying all pictures the listing should have, can you figure out why the boxes are displayed and remove them? Can you also add the text, Click on a picture to see a larger view, and then when they are on the larger view can you add the text Use your browser's back button to view the other pictures. I would like the page size (which is full page size when clicked from the listing details page) to be the width of 2 pictures by 5 pictures in the same size the pictures currently are. There is description text that is in the IDX data, I would like it to be displayed under each picture if the text is available for that particular listing). I would like the following errors to be fixed: On the View my Listings Page (<[login to view URL]>) I would like the picture changed (I will supply it later) and there is an error. The listings are sorted correctly by price, lowest to highest, but when you click on the mls number to view that listing, it doesn't pull up the correct listing, something with the count is not correct. Also when you click return to list, it should bring you back to the [login to view URL] page, but does not. When you click on the camera icon, I would like this pictures page to be the same saize as the one that is on the listing details page (when you click the mls number) When you view most pages on the site it has an error (I use internet explorer) in the bottom left side of the page, says Done, but with errors on the page. I would like this to be fixed also. When you do an advanced search and search for a street name it displays the listings, but when you click the mls number it triggers the error message and does not display the listings. The code needs to be fixed with the property type, then it will display the listings. I would like the picture of me holding the sold sign to be changed and the whole home page designed a little better. I would like the line that comes down on the left to be uniform and I have a few more banners that I would like to be placed and the middle text to look a little better and more organized. I would like some input on the design. The Live Chat Monitoring Code is having a conflict and I would like for it to be resolved. This is Javascript that is placed at the bottom of each page and it allows me to to a Chat Invite or Engage, when I do the invite it shows up at the very bottom of the page, there is positioning to move it up farther, but it doesn't work correctly. Also I can see small XX's where the Invite is and the logo doesn't show up until a mouse is passed over it. I may have to talk to you on the live chat or on the phone to explain what this issue entails and if there is any way to fix it. I would also like to add some mortgage calculators to the site. I have several php code based examples as well as some that are javascript. It would be a matter of adding the code and passing some information to the form when it pops up such as property taxes, sales price, etc. I would also like for yearly property taxes to be shown on the property details page if this is a part of the IDX data. You will be given FTP access to the site to get all existing pages and then upload and test your work. It is not a real big job, just a lot of little things. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
