Fundraising Site

We are running a project that will need a fundraising site that allows groups to order products - part of the proceed is set for fundraising. The site we need is a fundraising site where individual members of the group can place orders. Group leaders should be able to place orders for members that do not have access to the web. There should be a complete transparent presentation of how many orders has been placed for each group and how much funds are raised. This data must be updated in real time and should be available to the group who is running the fundraiser. A reference we have looked at is: [login to view URL] That site offers many different types of fundraising - something we might want to do in the future but at this point we will only sell one set of products. We need the site to be scalable - fully professionally built with backup features and flexibility for us to update and edit the products we offer. It is OK for the site to be based on Joomla and existing solutions as long as the custom functionality is guaranteed. We also accept if the site is based on MySQL. The site should accept credit cards and PayPal payments and offer secure access for each groups manager to an area where all related data will be presented in real time.
