Flash Boxing Browser Game

Flash Boxing Browser Game I'm looking for someone to program/design a multiplayer boxing browser game and the graphics. The flash game will have a lobby with chat where players can talk and challenge each other - users can send challenges to users who are online currently not fighting. If the other fighter accepts the challenge a ring loads and when the bell rings both users would Fight until they beat the other user (main boxing rules apply) There would be 3 keys to the game (mouse to move left and right, and 2 buttons to throw left/right punches) I would like the following: User Signup Custom Graphics Fighter Profiles (nickname, total fights, total wins, total losses) I would like to have a "GOLDEN GLOVE FIGHTER" where fighters that donate via paypal/check/money order get special features such as (reset stats every 14 days - chance to win belts - hits hurt them a bit less then a normal player) if paid via paypal the account will be golden glove for selected time set by admin Other payments would be manually activated by admin back panel Players can view current fights and talk in the chat (to other people watching the 2 fighters) Fighters that share the same IP wont be able to fight each other (so they dont rank) Round would be timed List the top fighters, fighter with belts, more Admin Panel Manually make fighters "GOLDEN GLOVE FIGHTERS" if paid by check/money order Suspend a user Ban IP Create new belts Set up belt challenges (make belt holders fight certain top fighers, these fights would be set by the admin and only the 2 scheduled fighters can enter the fight) Few more features would be needed - nothing big just making sure every functions correctly if a certain event occurs I would like the game to load in the web broswer - if you are interested please let me know. My limit is 300.00 so if that isnt alright im sorry (this is a small investment i really want to make)
