Fixing/developing a Javascript application (parsed Mysql DB data input)

We developed a javascript application that reads data parsed (from Mysql db) using a php script; this application provides a particular user interface that allows users to interact with read data. It's a javascript "info replayer". In a special version of this application can also provide streaming audio (using RED5 Streaming server, that uses a flash applet with opensource projects), javascript realtime chat and a special javascript client/server synchronization. We need a javascript developer that can improve and fix the application.
