Create Dynamic Charts in Existing PHP/MySQL Software

I am looking for a Super Ninja coder to create a dynamic charts for an existing software that is written in php and uses a MySQL database. I am looking for someone who is excellent in php and ajax. The current data in the user interface exists in a table that consists of columns and rows. Each row contains data for a unique listing. The table with the data already exists in the current ui. What I need added is a link for each row that says something to the affect of View Stats. When the user clicks on it for that row, a chart opens up that displays data for that row. The chart pushes the other rows down and exists below the row for the data selected and above the next row. In other words the chart will exist between the rows. Clicking on View Stats again, will hide the chart for that row. In the chart there will be 3 possible fields that they can view over time. They will select which they want to view in a drop down menu. A good example is if you go here [login to view URL] and click on the drop down menu for one of the listings.
